FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: Private courses are charged on a montly basis. Most of our students take lessons once per week. Each lesson is 50 minutes in duration. You can have more than one lesson per week if you prefer, subject to our teachers' availability. For tuition fee per lesson, please click here.

A: No. However the school requires 1 month deposit that will be refunded to you once you leave the school

A: No. We operate as a school, this way we can closely monitor your progress and ensure that you are match with suitable teachers.

Q: What is the minimum age to start an instrument?

A: Depends on the child, we usually accept students from age of four.

Q: What is the school policy on missing lessons, will I get charged?

A: As the teacher's time is reserved for you, you will be charged for missing lessons. However we encourage our teachers to be as flexible as possible in offering make up lessons, subject to availability. If you are going to be away for long vacations, you may decide to continue to pay in order to researve the same teacher and time, or tempolary drop whereby you don't need to pay, however we cannot guarantee you will get the same teacher and/or time when you come back.
